Is this a new app I have to learn?
Nope. You add a calendar subscription and reminders appear in the calendar you already use — Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook.
How do I add this to my phone or tablet?
It takes about 60 seconds. After you sign up, you get a link — tap it and your phone asks "Subscribe to this calendar?" Tap yes, and you're done. No app to install, no tech skills needed.
What does 'ICS feed' mean?
An ICS feed is the standard way calendar apps share events — it's the same technology your Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook already uses. You don't need to know how it works; you just tap a subscribe link and your calendar app handles the rest.
Can I see reminders before signing up?
Yes. On our home page, enter your ZIP code in the preview section to see your next upcoming reminders with actual dates and descriptions — no account or credit card needed.
Who it's for
I rent. Is this product for me or just homeowners?
Absolutely for renters. We have a dedicated Renter Calendar with lease deadline reminders, move-out prep, apartment upkeep, and renter's insurance reviews. The free Essentials Calendar (tax deadlines, social reminders, health checkups) applies to everyone regardless of whether you own or rent.
Can I turn off reminders that don't apply to me?
Each calendar is a separate subscription you can toggle on or off from your dashboard. You only subscribe to the calendars that fit your life — if you don't have a car, just skip the vehicle reminders in Essentials. You're in control.
How specific are the climate adjustments?
We use USDA frost date data mapped to your ZIP code, so seasonal tasks like garden planting, HVAC servicing, and winterizing are timed to your actual local climate — not a generic national schedule. It's significantly more accurate than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Is there a free option?
Yes — the Essentials calendar is completely free, forever, with no credit card required. It includes social reminders, tax deadlines, health checkups, vehicle maintenance, and more. Paid plans (Basic $5/mo, Premium $9/mo) unlock additional calendars like home maintenance, gardening, sports, and faith.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — Basic and Premium subscriptions can be canceled anytime, and your calendar keeps working until the end of your billing period. Lifetime Premium subscriptions are a one-time purchase and are non-refundable (see Section 26 of our Terms of Service for full details, including the 24-month service guarantee).
What happens to my calendar if I cancel?
Your calendar keeps working through the end of your billing period. After that, your calendar app will stop receiving new event updates, but events already synced to your device stay on your calendar. Your free Essentials calendar continues working regardless.
Does the $40 lifetime really mean lifetime?
"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the service. We back it with a 24-month service guarantee in our Terms of Service: if we permanently shut down before that period expires, you get a pro-rata refund. All future calendars and features are included.
Can multiple people in my household use one subscription?
Each subscription is tied to one account. However, your family members can subscribe to the same calendar feed URL on their own devices — the events will show up for everyone who subscribes. You don't need a separate paid account for each device.
What if my ZIP code isn't supported?
We're constantly adding ZIP codes. If yours isn't available yet, try picking a nearby ZIP code or sign up and we'll notify you when it's added.
Kids & family
Does the Kids calendar know my child's age?
The Young Kids Calendar (ages 3–10) asks for each child's name and birth month during setup, then personalizes reminders accordingly — sizing checks, school prep, and seasonal activities are timed to their actual age. It supports up to 4 children. For older kids, we have a separate College & Teen Calendar covering ages 16–22 with FAFSA deadlines, SAT/ACT dates, and college application timelines.

Can I make a custom calendar for my employees?
